Ms. Fulton is
a Miami native and a graduate of Florida Memorial University.
She is the founder of Circle of Mothers, a support group for
mothers who have lost a child to gun violence. An inspiring and
honest speaker, Ms. Fulton looks forward to sharing her message
with the Toledo community and all supporters of social justice.
