Toledo hosts 2nd
Annual Jeep® Fest
Toledo was the site of the 2nd Toledo Jeep® Fest,
which ran from August 10 – August 12,
2018 and featured vintage Jeeps from around the nation. There
was a Jeep parade through downtown with about 1,800 Jeeps
participating; also, an All-Jeep Car Show at SeaGate Convention
Centre. Imagination Station took part in the festivities
been a year-long effort for the committee and it really touches
the DNA of who we are in Toledo,” stated Cindy Kerr, vice
president of operations for ConnecToledo, the entity that
manages Downtown Toledo. “It’s been a great collaborative effort
of many corporate and non-profit organizations in the city led
by Jerry Huber, a former Jeep plant manager, who is
serving as event chairman.
Destination Toledo, the Convention, and Visitors Bureau, the 1st
Jeep® Fest generated between $2.7 million and $3.4 million in
economic impact activity.
